Aluminium composite panel is two aluminium faces bonded to a solid thermoplastic core. Routered to a crisp edge, it gives you a clean architectural look at a price that still works when you are covering three hundred doors.
This is the volume option. At roughly half the cost of solid metal it is the material most large apartment and hotel projects land on, and at 3mm with a real aluminium face it reads as metal from any normal viewing distance. It is also light, which matters when numbers are going on with adhesive rather than screws.
Three colours. Matt Black is the usual choice for pale corridor doors, Matt White for dark ones, and Brushed Silver where the building already has a stainless or aluminium palette.
Sizes and fonts
Heights of 50, 75 and 100mm, in any of our five fonts: Flinders, Rosebud, Merricks, Somers and Portsea.
Installation
Black foam backing tape with a permanent acrylic adhesive comes pre-applied, cut to the shape of each number so it disappears behind it. Peel, position, press. Nothing penetrates the door, so fire door certification stays valid, and building managers regularly do whole floors themselves. The reusable snap-lock template makes that faster again.
