Shipping policy

Shipping costs are based on weight and size of your order, and are calculated at checkout.

We ship all domestic orders through Australia Post and offer regular Parcel Post or Express Post options.

For international orders, we ship using Australia Post [Standard].

Below are our standard shipping times. These lead times may be effected by holiday shut downs, please see the product pages for more details:

• 'Numbers and letters' 'Letterbox numbers' and 'House Number Signs' ship in around 3 weeks or earlier if possible.
• 'Ready-to-ship numbers' and inventory items ship in 2-3 days. 
• If you have ordered a combination of custom items (eg 'Numbers and letters' or 'House Number Signs') and 'Ready-to-ship numbers' then the order will be sent in the same parcel when all items are ready.

You can see Australia Post's estimated delivery times here. In the 'From' field, please use our postcode 3930.

We process orders in the order that they're received. Please note that selecting Express Post ensures your order is moved through the postal service quickly via Australia Post once it's been shipped, it doesn’t mean production time will be quicker.
