Our production process.

1. Precision cut

Numbers and letters are crafted using water jet cutting technology for an accurate, clean and crisp finish.

2. Smooth edges

We debur and sand each number and letter by hand, then pre-drill holes for easy installation using our included rods and spacers.

3. Acid bath

Numbers and letters are briefly dipped in an acid bath then water bath to create a surface where the powder coat will best adhere, protecting against corrosion and ensuring durability.

4. Powder coat

We then apply your choice of Matt Black, Matt White, Matt Gold or Silver Dulux Premium Architectural Powder Coating for a modern and timeless finish.

5. Quality check

Our team personally checks each number and letter before we package and ship them to you.
