Why order house number signs through us?
Our house number fonts
Our custom house number plaques are made right here in Melbourne, Australia. They’re precision cut in Dandenong, smoothed and drilled in Mt Eliza and powder coated in Hastings.
We don’t have the option to place a complete or long address on house number plaques as the plaque becomes too delicate.
We have a character maximum for each sized plaque. If you’d like to have your full address, you can do so with our custom house numbers and letters.
Yes, if you select the size plaque you’re interested in, you can see the maximum number of characters listed.
We take pride in our production process, from the precision cut technology to quality checking each item by hand. For this reason, we can’t fast track the process. If you need something right away, you might prefer our ready to ship options.
A flush mount is when the body of the plaque has direct contact with the surface it’s installed on. A floating mount is when the plaque is slightly raised to create a “floating” effect. When you order through Peninsula House Numbers, you’ll receive both options.
All of our plaques come with a chromate conversion coating, which creates ultimate durability and protects against corrosion — even in coastal areas.
Yes. We include fixing hardware for both floating and flush mounts (the choice is yours).
Every order comes with detailed installation instructions (for both flush and floating mounts). You’ll need a spirit level, measuring tape, epoxy adhesive (like Selleys Araldite), a hammer, drill and 5mm drill bit (brick or concrete may require a hammer drill and masonry bit).
